PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a plurality of speaking persons in a voice information search technology.SOLUTION: An information providing device 50 comprises: a voice acquisition part that acquires voices from speaking persons 10, 12, 14 and 16 in association with identification information identifying each of a plurality of speaking persons; a dialogue determination part that determines whether a dialogue between a first speaking person and a second speaking person is established on the basis of a degree of relevancy between first information indicated by a voice of the first speaking person of the plurality of speaking persons and second information indicated by a voice of the second speaking person thereof; and an information output part that, when it is determined by the dialogue determination part that the dialogue between the first speaking person and the second speaking person is established, outputs information indicative of establishment of the dialogue in association with the identification information on the first speaking person and the identification information on the second speaking person.
