CURVED SURFACE PRINTING/INSPECTION FACILITY AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high inspection accuracy, and to improve the size reduction and maintainability of a facility.SOLUTION: A curved surface printing/inspection facility includes: a screen printing device 11 for performing screen printing for a skirt part of a piston 1; and an inspection device 12 for inspecting a screen printing part. The screen printing device 11 is configured to, while allowing the holding unit 13 to rotate the piston in a state where the piston 1 is brought into contact with a screen mesh 36 of a printing unit 15 when a holding unit 13 is lifted up, allow the screen mesh 36 to horizontally move for performing screen printing for the skirt part of the piston 1. The inspection device 12 is configured to lower the piston 1 held by the holding unit 13 to a position where the screen printing part of the piston 1 can be imaged by a camera 17 arranged below the screen mesh, and to allow the holding unit to rotate the piston 1, and to allow the camera 17 to image the screen printing part of the piston 1, and to analyze the pickup image to determine the quality of the screen printing part.
