Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of having a plurality of grouped vehicles merge while heading toward a destination.SOLUTION: A server 3 includes: a storage unit 32 for storing map data 32a; a communication unit 31 for receiving positions of a plurality of vehicles 2 and one common destination to the plurality of vehicles 2; and a control unit 33. The control unit 33 calculates a merging point where respective vehicles 2 are capable of merging while proceeding toward the destination based on the positions of the map data 32a, plurality of vehicles 2 and the destination and has a route for the respective vehicles 2 to proceed to the destination via the merging point displayed to respective car navigation devices 1.
