Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an air conditioning output in such a way that an intake air temperature of an ICT device under a normal state becomes a little bit lower than an allowable maximum temperature under an anticipation that an increasing in temperature of the ICT device is expected.SOLUTION: This invention comprises the first atmospheric pressure measuring part mounted in a cold aisle below an aisle capping to measure a cold air pressure Pand the second atmospheric pressure measuring part mounted outside the cold aisle below the aisle capping to measure a cold aisle outer atmospheric pressure P. An air conditioning control part calculates an atmospheric pressure difference P between the received inner atmospheric pressure Pand outer atmospheric pressure P, compares the atmospheric pressure difference P with the first numerical value P. When the result is PP, the air conditioning control part transmits the second air amount instruction signal for decreasing the amount of cooling air to the air conditioner.
