Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen recovery apparatus which recovers stably hydrogen gas by recycling heat produced during reaction heating of a hydrogen compound and environmental waste heat and allows system configuration as a practical plant capable of recovery of other compounds and a method for the apparatus.SOLUTION: A hydrogen compound is heated by waste heat from a hydrogen compound storage tank 2, supplied to a hydrogen decomposition apparatus 3 and decomposed with plasma. A gas containing decomposed hydrogen and a decomposition liquid is returned to the hydrogen compound storage tank 2, and a gas containing hydrogen and reaction products are separated in the hydrogen compound storage tank.
