Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching element drive device capable of driving a drive target switching element by transmitting power while performing insulation using a carrier having a lower frequency.SOLUTION: A drive device 4 comprises a plurality of resonators 7 having a transformer coil and a rectification circuit 9 connected to the secondary side of the transformer coil. An oscillator 5 oscillates to output a power carrier having a frequency higher than that of an input PWM signal; and a multiplier 6 outputs positive and negative phase multiplication signals obtained by multiplying positive phase signals and negative phase signals of the PMW signal and power carrier. A driver resonator 7D whose output terminal of a rectification circuit 9 is connected to a power supply terminal of a drive circuit 10 receives the power carrier from the primary side of a transformer coil as input. In upper and lower resonators 7U, 7B, the positive and negative phase multiplication signals are input to the primary sides of transformer coils respectively. Gates of upper and lower switches configuring the drive circuit 10 are connected to output terminals of rectification circuits 9 of the upper and lower resonators 7U, 7B. |
