Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring an ideal environment for coating with an aqueous solution of a molecule of a hole injection layer while suppressing oxidation on a metallic surface of an anode.SOLUTION: An organic electronic device includes a metal anode and a hole injection layer, and further includes a SAM between the metal anode and the hole injection layer. The SAM contains a compound having a part adsorbable on the surface of the metal anode and a hydrophilic part and comprises a thio compound having a hydrophilic tail. The SAM is preferably a thio-alkane or thio-alkene derivative having 6-24 carbon atoms or a thio-aromatic derivative having 5-14 carbon atoms in one or more aromatic rings, which are substituted by a hydrophilic group selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, carboxyl and carbonyl, and most preferably 11-thio-1-undecanol or 4-thiophenol. |
