CONDUCTIVE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles in which conductivity is stable in a wide environment condition under from low temperature and humidity to high temperature and humidity.SOLUTION: Conductive particles include conductive tin oxide in at least a surface region, and sulfur is contained in a part where the conductive tin oxide is present. The conductive particles may comprise a central region composed of a core material and the surface region formed in a surface of the core material, and the whole of particles may contain 95 mass% or more of the sulfur-contained conductive tin oxide. It is preferable that, in the conductive particles, the content of sulfur with respect to 100 pts.mass of the conductive tin oxide is 0.1 to 5 pts.mass.
