PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted wire conductor capable of improving flexibility and suppressing flexure anisotropy.SOLUTION: A twisted wire conductor 10A is provided with a central strand 21, and a plurality of strands 31, 51, 61A arranged in the periphery of the central strand 21. Diameters d, d, dof all strands 31, 51, 61A are equal to or less than a diameter dof the central strand 21, strands 31, 51, 61A comprise a plurality of outer strands 51 constituting an outer layer 50 of the twisted wire conductor, diameters dof all outer strands 51 are substantially the same, and the plurality of outer strands 51 are arranged so that a center of the outer strands 51 is positioned on a virtual circle 52A.
