Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which makes possible to increase the productivity of a film electrode assembly serving as a constituent member of a solid polymer type fuel battery.SOLUTION: A laminate for fuel battery fabrication comprises: a mold releasing film including a base layer formed from a synthetic resin having an elastic modulus of 100-1000 MPa at 150°C and a release layer formed from a syndiotactic polystyrene resin on at least one side of the base layer; and a layer stacked on the mold releasing film and including an ion exchange resin. The layer including an ion exchange resin is an electrolytic film of a solid polymer type fuel battery, an electrode film or a film electrode assembly. A surface of the release layer may have a center-line average roughness Ra of 1-50 nm. The base layer may be composed of a stretch film formed from polyester. The release layer may be formed by coating.
