Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such problems that the use of a pair of spool type directional control valves for a joining circuit causes the installation site of a hydraulic valve device to be larger and work requiring accuracy to be more cumbersome.SOLUTION: The joining circuit includes a directional control valve 8 for joining discharge oil from a first pump 2 and that from a second pump 4 and supplying/discharging them to an actuator 6, and a controller 10. The directional control valve includes a center bypass oil path 14 connected to discharge oil paths of the first pump and the second pump, a first parallel supply oil path 16 connected to the discharge oil path of the first pump, and a second parallel supply oil path 20 connected to the discharge oil path of the second pump and connected to the first parallel oil path via a poppet type flow control valve 18. The poppet type flow control valve controls a flow so as to be a predetermined amount depending on a signal from the controller.
