Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet that has superior productivity, and also has superior defatting and adhesive properties even when the period from manufacture of an aluminum alloy sheet itself to the start of a process of manufacturing an automobile panel etc., and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet 10 including a substrate 1 made of aluminum alloy and a film 2 formed on a surface of the substrate 1 and containing zirconium dioxide and silicon dioxide, the film 2 sticking on the substrate by an amount of 0.01-100 mg/min terms of zirconium dioxide and by an amount of 0.001-10 mg/min terms of silicon dioxide.
