PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter and the like of a transportation route capable of increasing and accelerating the moving speed of a rocking part while suppressing the load of a driving source.SOLUTION: A converter 1 of a transportation route of the present invention by which the transportation route of a continuous sheet-like article 3 to be transported is changed comprises: a rocking part 2 to increase or decrease the length of the transportation route by rocking in a crossing direction Y intersecting with an advancing direction X of the article to be transported; first moving means 6 to be connected to the rocking part 2 and to move the rocking part 2 in the crossing direction Y; second moving means 7 to move a part or the whole of the first moving means 6 in the crossing direction Y; and a controller 9 to control the first moving means 6 and the second moving means 7.
