PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress size-increasing or achieve down-sizing of a traverse frame 6 in the longitudinal direction, make it possible to adopt, for the traverse frame 6, a cable guide structure in which ship-bottom-type receiving parts 47 and arch-type canopy parts 48 are arranged alternately, and, therefore, make it possible to hold a drive cable 8 certainly and achieve weight saving and cost down, in a sunroof device.SOLUTION: A sunroof device includes a right and left pair of guide rails 5, a traverse frame 6 which connects both ends at one edge of both guide rails 5, a slider 7 which holds a roof panel 2 movable in the longitudinal direction, a drive cable 8 connected to the a slider 7, and a drive unit 9 of the drive cable 8. At the traverse frame 6, installed is two cable insertion parts 40 in which ship-bottom-type receiving parts 47 and arch-type canopy parts 48 are arranged alternately, a solid intersection part 42 is formed at the two cable insertion parts 40, and a cable cover 37 which covers the upper opening of the solid intersection part 42 is fitted to the traverse frame 6.
