INDEX WASHING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide index washing equipment at three or more positions in which efficiencies of washing and drying can be enhanced by converting a holding posture of a work-piece, a posture conversion mechanism for the work-piece is extremely simple, a facility cost burden is small and space-saving can be achieved.SOLUTION: In index washing equipment, three or more stations including a carrying-out station, a washing station and a drying station are disposed around a rotation support shaft 1, work holding bases 2 of numbers corresponding to station numbers are so radially and equally arranged around the rotation support shaft 1 that each of the work holding bases 2 is rotatably pivoted in a vertical surface, and all of the work holding bases 2 are integrally and horizontally rotated by intermittent rotations of the rotation support shafts 1 so as to simultaneously move between the stations. Each work holding base 2 is equipped with clamp means 4 for attachment and detachment of a work-piece, and an attachment stem 11 of the rotation support shaft 1 is provided with a rotary actuator 5 for performing individual rotational displacement of the work holding bases 2 and lock means 6 for individually fixing the base holding bases 2 in such a manner that each base holding base cannot be rotated in the vertical surface.
