PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom plate part which can prevent small animals from entering through a bottom part of a product and suppress manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: The washing machine includes: a base frame 31 provided on a lower part of a washing machine body; a bottom plate 42 provided on an opening bottom 47 of the base frame 31; a water tub 22 rotatably including a washing and dewatering tub 24 for housing laundry and for storing water; and a drain hose 35 for discharging water in the water tub 22 to the outside of the washing machine. A notch 41 is provided on a side face of the base frame 31 for allowing the drain hose 35 to pass therethrough. A cover part 43 is provided on the bottom plate 42 so as to close the notch 41. A bendable connection part 48 is provided between the cover part 43 and the bottom plate 42. Thus, a bottom plate part can be formed by one part, and storage and transportation of parts can be carried out while the covered part is in a flat state. Therefore, it is possible to provide a bottom plate part whose manufacturing cost is suppressed, which is easy to transport, whose attachment is prevented from being forgotten to prevent small animals from entering inside to improve production safety.
