Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism expressing on its surface a cellulase that is sufficiently stable under the reaction conditions for degradation of cellulosic biomass.SOLUTION: Provided is a nucleic acid molecule comprising: (1) a portion encoding signal peptide; (2) a portion encoding heterogeneous cellulase; (3) optionally a portion encoding protease-recognizing site; (4) a portion encoding a transmembrane linker; and (5) a portion encoding a transporter domain of an autotransporter or variants thereof. Also provided is a nucleic acid molecule encoding a cellulase selected from the group consisting of -glucosidases and endo- or exo-cellulases. Also provided is a nucleic acid molecule comprising an expression control sequence which, preferably, is functionally linked to the nucleic acid and can be activated by addition of isopropyl thioglucopyranoside (IPTG) or arabinose. |
