Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control type crystal oscillator that maintains an inductor at a prescribed temperature and thereby suppresses sub vibration disturbing main vibration.SOLUTION: A temperature control type crystal vibrator (100) comprises: a quartz resonator (150) that is formed by SC cut or IT cut, and vibrates at a prescribed frequency; an oscillation circuit that includes an inductor restraining an unnecessary mode in which the quartz resonator oscillates at a frequency other than the prescribed frequency, and makes the quartz resonator oscillate at the prescribed frequency; a non-conductive cover that is made of non-conductor and covers the inductor; a temperature control circuit (165) that includes a heating element (163) for heating temperature and a temperature sensor (164) for measuring temperature, and controls the quartz resonator at a prescribed temperature; and a non-conductive heat transmission liniment (170) that covers the non-conductive cover and transmits heat from the heating element. |
