PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of establishing even an electric conduction path when an input portion is exposed while delivery operation of the input portion is performed without a trouble in a delivery-type touch pen.SOLUTION: A capacitive touch pen 10 comprises: an input part 71 of which at least the surface is conductive; a shaft cylinder 20 in which the input part 71 is housed and at least the surface is conductive; a delivery mechanism 30 for moving the input part 71 forward or backward so as to protrude and recede to the shaft cylinder 20; and a conductive mediate member 80 contacted with both the outer peripheral surface of the input part 71 and an inner peripheral surface in the vicinity of the tip opening 22 of the shaft cylinder 20 in the state that the input part 71 is exposed from the tip opening 22 of the shaft cylinder 20 by operation of the delivery mechanism 30.
