Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit persons recognizing advertisement information while inducing a visit to a store and to eliminate their burdens of carrying multiple member cards.SOLUTION: A communication device 2 transmits advertisement information to the vicinity of a storefront of a store by short-range radio communication. When entering a communication range of the short-range radio communication of the communication device, a portable terminal 4 carried by a user displays the received advertisement information. Display conditions thereof are cases of recognizing a person as a registered member of the store, or being in a communication state continuously for a prescribed time. A code of the member card is taken by a camera of the portable terminal 4 and member identification information is registered so as to cause the portable terminal 4 to recognize the membership registration.
