Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band fitting structure and a watch in which a band length can be simply and finely adjusted and a band can be suitably fitted to arms having a variety of thicknesses.SOLUTION: In the band fitting structure for fitting a band 3 to a wrist watch case 2, the band 3 consists of a first band 3a arranged at the 12 o'clock side and a second band 3b arranged at the 6 o'clock side in a wrist watch 1. Out of the first band 3a and the second band 3b, at least one band 3 is attached to a back lid 5 which is a case back face of the wrist watch case 2 so as to slidably move between the 12 o'clock side and the 6 o'clock side in the wrist watch 1, and includes a slide position adjustment mechanism 50 for fixing the band 3 which is configured to slidably move and adjusting it to a predetermined slide position.
