Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve discrimination of a signal and a noise based on a partial discharge.SOLUTION: A partial discharge detection device 4 includes a sine wave superposition section 7, an attractor constitution section 8, and an orbit parallel measurement calculation section 9. Time series data generated from an electric device to be measured is detected by a sensor 2, and is inputted to the partial discharge detection device 4 through a signal conversion section 3. The sine wave superposition section 7 superposes a sine wave having the same frequency as a power supply frequency of the electric device to be measured on the inputted time series data. The attractor constitution section 8 performs embedding processing in a preset delay time and an embedding dimension for time series data on which the sine wave is superposed. An attractor constituted by the attractor constitution section 8 is outputted to an output section 5. The orbit parallel measurement calculation section 9 obtains an orbit parallel measurement for the attractor constituted by the attractor constitution section 8, and identifies a partial discharge signal on the basis of the orbit parallel measurement.
