PIPE JOINT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint capable of reducing manufacturing manhours and costs without lowering workability during connection or disconnection.SOLUTION: A pipe joint includes: a nose 10; a body 30; a locking member to be fitted to both a groove part on the outer surface of the nose and a hole part of a recessed insertion port when inserting the nose into the recessed insertion port, to fix the nose into the recessed insertion port; and a collar 50 externally inserted into the body for preventing the fall-off of the locking member, and adapted to be moved in the axial direction to enable the locking member to be removed from the groove part. A recessed part is provided at the end of the collar in the axial direction, and a protruded part is provided on the outer surface of the body. When the recessed part and the protruded part are opposed to each other in the state of connecting the nose to the body, the collar is movable in the axial direction. Two or more recessed parts are provided at equal intervals in the peripheral direction, and one protruded part and one or more visible or contact-recognizable marks are provided on the outer surface of the body at as equal intervals as the recessed parts.
