Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet wall coating material composition and wet wall coating material composition slurry, capable of preventing cracks accompanied with dryness and shrinkage and forming a coated layer having glossiness only by coating without polishing, and methods for manufacturing them.SOLUTION: The wet wall coating material composition comprises: an inorganic powder main material (A); a fibrous reinforcement (B) consisting of fibrillation cellulose fiber; and a titanium compound powder (C) consisting of at least one kind of a compound selected from a group of titanium oxide and titanate. The fibrous reinforcement (B) of 0.1-5 pts.mass and the titanium compound powder (C) of 0.5-10 pts.mass are mixed with the inorganic powder main material (A) of 100 pts.mass.
