Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening resin structure which can suppress a size and weight of a fastened part while securing joint strength, and can arrange the fastened part in a small space in fastening the fastening resin structure, and provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A fastening resin structure 10 includes a fiber reinforced resin member 12, and a first collar part 14 which is joined to the fiber reinforced resin member 12 and is formed of an aluminum alloy. The first collar part 14 is structured so as to be fastened to other structure with a bolt and a nut. The fastening resin structure 10 includes a first foam metal part 21 which is arranged on upper and lower collar parts 41a, 45a and is formed of foam metal. The first foam metal part 21 is joined to the fiber reinforced resin member 12 by immersing the first foam metal part 21 in resin.
