Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for making up for brake force which is in short supply during parking at a slope in a four-wheel drive vehicle having a power unit, and first and second axle driving devices for front and rear wheels.SOLUTION: A clutch unit having a clutch and a parking brake is disposed on an input shaft of the second axle driving device coupled to an output shaft of the power unit via a transmission shaft. When the parking brake is set to a braking state, the clutch which was in a clutching-out state becomes a clutching-in state automatically.
