PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stabilized contact of a blade part with a cleaning target body.SOLUTION: A cleaning device comprises a cleaning member having a bent part X between one end part provided with a blade part 101 and the other end part having a fixing target part fixed to a frame body 108. The cleaning device includes a first seal member 106 attached between a first support part L1 and the frame body 108, and a second seal member 107 attached between a second support part L2 and the frame body 108, the first and second seal members 106 and 107 being the seal members sealing a gap between both ends in a longitudinal direction of a support member 102 and the frame body 108. The first seal member 106 and the second seal member 107 are closely adhered with each other on an adhesion surface that extends substantially along an extension direction of the second support part L2 from the bent part X, and are adhered to the frame body 108 at least at a part of the adhesion surface with the frame body 108.
