IMPACT ABSORPTION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorption structure capable of achieving excellent impact absorption performance with short stroke with a simple structure.SOLUTION: To one side of a base plate part 1, a wave-shaped plate part 2 is jointed. The wave-shaped plate part 2 forms plural hollow salients 20 configured so that tips of a pair of standing walls 21 standing from the base plate part 1 are connected through a tip wall part 22. The base plate part 1 and the wave-shaped plate part 2 are curved so that the tip wall part 22 side of the plural hollow salients 20 is hollow side. Among the plural hollow salients 20, the adjacent hollow salients are configured so that the tips of the standing walls 21 come into contact or come close to, and a gap 3 formed between the standing walls 21 is configured so that a tip side of the standing walls 21 is smaller than the base end side.
