Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous polymer membrane excellent in water permeability and hydrophilicity.SOLUTION: A porous polymer membrane comprises: a copolymer (A) having a vinyl alcohol unit and a tetrafluoroethylene unit, wherein an alternation rate of the vinyl alcohol unit and the tetrafluoroethylene unit is 30% or more, and a molar ratio (vinyl alcohol unit/tetrafluoroethylene unit) of the vinyl alcohol unit and the tetrafluoroethylene unit is 25-75/75-25; and a vinylidene fluoride-based resin. The porous polymer membrane is produced by a non-solvent induced phase separation method, a thermally induced phase separation method or combination of these methods and, preferably, is a hollow fiber membrane.
