Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience on withdrawal of processed goods sterilized with a sterilization unit when a manager of the sterilization unit determines effectivity of the sterilization.SOLUTION: A state monitor device 10 includes an information gathering unit 11A and an information transmission unit 11B. The information gathering unit 11A receives information about processing details of batch processing that a sterilization unit executed from the sterilization unit. The information transmission unit 11B transmits the information about the processing details to a mobile phone communication terminal used in a facility where the sterilization unit is provided in and a manager of the sterilization unit possesses. The state monitor device 10 may contain a determination unit 11C determining whether processed goods can be withdrawn from a processing drum on the basis of the information about processing details.
