PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy parameter setting processing necessary for generating a test signal for an LTE-Advanced system.SOLUTION: Band component designation means 25 displays on a display unit 21 a first set screen including: the type of an intraband method or an interband for the carrier arrangement of a plurality of component carriers for use for the LTE-Advanced system; the type of an allocation frequency band for communication on which a component carrier is arranged; and a list of the plurality of component carriers, to allow an operator to designate through the operation of a touch panel operation unit 22. When one of the component carriers is designated, parameter file designation means 26 displays a second set screen including parameter file types assignable to the designated component carrier, to allow the operator to designate a desired parameter file type through the operation of the touch panel operation unit 22.
