Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection of operations made on on-vehicle equipment mounted with an electrostatic capacity type touch switch.SOLUTION: The electrostatic switch controller includes: pulse generation means that changes the number of pulses when an operation panel is operated and when the operation panel is not operated; count means that counts the pulses generated by the pulse generation means; a low-pass filter 44 located at the output side of the count means; a differential circuit 45 located at the output side of the low-pass filter 44; an absolute value circuit 46 located at the output side of the differential circuit 45; and a determination circuit 47 located at the output side of the absolute value circuit 46. The number of the pulses generated by the pulse generation means is largely different when an operation is made on the operation panel and when no operation is made on the operation panel. After the pulses are counted, the low-pass filter 44 removes noises; the differential circuit 45 differentiates the value; the absolute value circuit 46 converts the value into an absolute value; and a determination circuit 47 makes a determination.
