Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new function that is added to voice communication.SOLUTION: A relay system that relays speech communication between a first terminal and a second terminal recognizes the utterance content on the basis of a voice transmitted from the first terminal; recognizes the pitch or intonation on the basis of the voice transmitted from the first terminal; combines a voice element stored in a storage unit, to generate a synthesized voice in which the recognized utterance content and the recognized pitch or intonation are reproduced; and transmits the generated synthesized voice to the second terminal.
