Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composition which does not deteriorate photocharacterization and has good dispersibility and a low specific resistance value and a conductive circuit formed by using the resin composition.SOLUTION: A conductive resin composition comprises a carboxyl-containing resin, a conductive powder, a polyfunctional acrylate monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a water-soluble dispersant. A conductive circuit formed by using the conductive resin composition is also provided.
