Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion pit material manufacturing method capable of forming a corrosion pit only at any position.SOLUTION: The corrosion pit material manufacturing method includes: a mask step of forming a mask material 2 tightly bonded to the surface of a test piece 1; a boring step of forming a hole 3 in the mask material 2 to expose a part of the surface of the test piece 1; and an electrolysis step of performing an electrolysis by setting, as a positive electrode, the test piece 1 on which at least the hole 3 is dipped in an electrolyte W and making an electrode 4a as a negative electrode face the hole 3.
