Each bimetal part 50 is a laminate where a first member 60 and a second member 61 different by thermal expansion coefficients are laminated in a radial direction, and one end part in the circumferential direction of the bimetal part 50 is a fixed end 50A connected to the connection member, and the other end in the circumferential direction is a free end 50B. The first member is formed of a ceramic material, and the second member is formed of a metal material different in thermal expansion coefficient from the first member. |
