PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of adjusting easily a length of a cylindrical part of a garment, and to provide a garment having an inner part mounted on the inside of the cylindrical part.SOLUTION: In a length adjustment method of a garment cylindrical part, in a garment including a sleeve part A1 which is a cylindrical part through which a part of a body can be inserted or drawn out, a folding part 10 entering the inside from the outer periphery 11 of the sleeve part A1 is sewn and formed in the circumferential direction of the sleeve part A1, to thereby adjust the length. A garment having an inner part C1 mounted thereon is constituted by sewing a cylindrical fabric peripheral edge part 32 of the inner part C1 on the peripheral edge part 15 of the folding part 10.
