Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a composite particle formed by coating an organic resin particle excellent in light diffusibility, slipperiness or the like with polyorganosiloxane, in a simple and efficient manner.SOLUTION: A composite particle is formed by coating an organic resin particle with polyorganosiloxane. The composite particle comprises 1 to 50 pts.wt. of the polyorganosiloxane based on 1 pt.wt. of the organic resin particle and has a shape in which small projections of polyorganosiloxane is chemically bonded on a surface of a globular or a spherical particle.
