Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for the stabilization of S-adenosylmethionine and salt thereof.SOLUTION: A composition comprises (A) S-adenosylmethionine and/or salt thereof, (B) ultrapolyphosphoric acid in which the molar ratio (R) of (MO+HO)/POis 1>R>0, and/or salt thereof (where M represents a univalent metal atom), and (C) polyvalent metal salt. The molar ratio of (C)/(A) is within the range of 0.8-5 or 17.8-29.6.
