Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking of a heat sealing layer, when a laminate is drawn or a content is hot-filled in a cup-shaped container and cooled off, assuming a container using a cup-shaped container as a container body and using the lid material constituted of a laminate drawn as the lid material.SOLUTION: A laminate comprises a base material and a sealant film, and the base material contains an aluminum foil 9 in layer architecture. Also the laminate uses the sealant film in which a ratio : between the breaking strength in the longitudinal direction (MD) and the breaking strength in the lateral direction (TD) is in a range of : =2:3 to 3:2. A difference between the MD and the TD of the breaking strength is small, so that the difference between the MD (longitudinal direction) and the TD (lateral direction) of the residual stress generated when the film is extended in the molding becomes small, and thereby a stress in the longitudinal and lateral direction is balanced and the occurrence of cracking is suppressed.
