Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of positional displacement when joining an electroforming thin layer member.SOLUTION: A diaphragm member 4 being an electroforming thin layer member is joined to one surface of a second common liquid chamber member 5 being a thin layer member. A filter damper member 6 being the electroforming thin layer member is joined to the other surface of the second common liquid chamber member 5 being the thin layer member. In the diaphragm member 4, on a surface side to be joined to the second common liquid chamber member 5, two protrusions 51, 51 are formed at both ends in a short direction of one end of both ends in a longitudinal direction, and one protrusion 51 is formed at a central part in the short direction of the other end of both ends in the longitudinal direction.
