RUBBER MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD IN WHICH RUBBER MATERIAL AND COMPOSITION AGENT ARE KNEADED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material manufacturing method for kneading rubber material and a composition agent in which scrap generation can be suppressed, cooling efficiency is excellent, and kneading can be implemented by a cheap apparatus.SOLUTION: In the initial period of kneading, a first stock guide 30 is positioned at the edge of a supply part 20, a second stock guide 32 is positioned at a place near the first stock guide 30, and kneading is implemented between the stock guides 30, 32. As the quantity of input rubber material increases, the second stock guide 32 is moved gradually to an exhaust part 22 side, is stopped at the place of the exhaust part 22 and the rubber material which is kneaded sufficiently between the first stock guide 30 and the second stock guide 32 is taken out from the exhaust part 22. An the finishing time of kneading, the rubber material which is kneaded between the first stock guide 30 and the second stock guide 32 is taken out from the exhaust part 22, while the first stock guide 30 is being moved to the second stock guide 32.
