RESISTANCE-WELDING CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance-welding control method for carrying a welding current less in a variation in a first cycle of current-carrying.SOLUTION: In the resistance-welding control method of the present invention, an up-slope is imposed on a preset current up to the Nth cycle from the first cycle of the current-carrying to a plurality of works of the same shape. A characteristic table composed of the preset current and a firing angle in the respective cycles up to the Nth cycle from the first cycle of the current-carrying, is made in advance by an experiment in response to the work of projection welding. An electric current is carried by correcting the firing angle of the first cycle of the characteristic table on the basis of an error between the preset current and the carrying electric current in the first cycle of the current-carrying of the work of already executing the projection welding. As a result of this, the projection welding can be executed for carrying the welding current less in the variation in the first cycle of the current-carrying.
