Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for obtaining glucose, galactose or the like of alcoholic intermediate products form seaweeds and algae at high concentration in a short time.SOLUTION: Provided is a decomposition treatment technique of seaweeds and algae which can obtain glucose, galactose or the like of monosaccharides of alcoholic intermediate products at high concentration in a short time, characterized by heating oxidation hydrolysis using a mixed acid of natural mineral extract with pineapple enzyme and a hydrogen peroxide-containing orthophosphoric acid solution for the oxidation hydrolysis treatment of seaweeds and algae.
