PORTABLE APPARATUS AND PORTABLE WATCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable apparatus capable of improving waterproofness in a push-in operation part in spite of a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A wrist watch (portable apparatus) 11 includes an exterior case (apparatus exterior body) 12, an operation member 41 and a holding ring 46. The exterior case 12 includes a holding part 35 on which an annular seating face 35a is formed. The operation member 41 is formed of a soft material having waterproofness. The operation member 41 includes an annular packing portion 42 to be seated on the seating face 35a and a push-in portion 43 integrally continued to the packing portion and allowed to be pushed in from the outside of the exterior case 12. The holding ring 46 includes an annular press part 47 partitioning an aperture 47a through which the push-in portion 43 is penetrated and brought into contact with the packing portion 42 and a cylinder part 48 arranged around the holding part 35 to attach the operation member 41 to the exterior case 12. In a state where the operation member 41 is attached to the exterior case 12 by the holding ring 46, the packing portion 42 is compressed and held in the thickness direction of the packing portion by the press part 47 and the seating face 35a.
