Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ignitability of an ignition plug.SOLUTION: An ignition plug has at least a pair of electrodes to generate spark discharge. The ignition plug has a center axis, and is provided with a plug cover having a space at a tip side in the center axis direction so that the spark discharge is generated in the space, and further having a plurality of conduction holes to communicate the inside and outside of the space. The plurality of conduction holes are disposed at a prescribed distance from a reference point positioned at a most tip side on the plug cover, and an angular range of the conduction holes with the reference point as a center in being projected in the center axis direction, is less than 180 degrees.
