Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh panel, the form stability of which can be improved by restraining the mesh panel from being deformed in an out-of-plane direction, and a fence.SOLUTION: In a mesh panel, vertical and horizontal wires 2 and 3 are intertwined together. The mesh panel comprises the vertical wire 2, and the horizontal wire 3 crossing the vertical wire 2. Either of the vertical and horizontal wires 2 and 3 is brought into line contact with the other one of the vertical and horizontal wires 2 and 3 via a line segment S in both side parts 73a of a contact side surface 73 by a crossing part 7 of the vertical and horizontal wires 2 and 3.
