GUARD FENCE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard fence which can fix a beam at an arbitrary height of a support post and can reduce time and labor required for work of mounting the beam to the support post, and a construction method of the guard fence.SOLUTION: A guard fence 1 includes support posts 2, beams 3 and fixing members 4, and each fixing member 4 has a ring band 5, a fixture 6, an arm plate 7, and a pipe 8. By fixing the ring band 5 at an arbitrary height of the support post 2 by the fixture 6, the fixing member 4 can be fixed at an arbitrary height, so that the beam 3 can be adjusted to an arbitrary height. Since the beam 3 can be fixed to the pipe 8 by a beam fixing screw 10 without boring a screw hole, time and labor required for mounting work can be reduced. Even when the support post 2 is erected on an inclined surface, the pipe 8 can be adjusted to an arbitrary angle with respect to the arm plate 7 and fixed, so that the beam 3 can be mounted in accordance with the inclination of an inclined surface.
