Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable not only supply of electric power to an electric power-assisted bicycle and the like but also electric power supply and the like on the occurrence of a disaster.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking lot system using a solar battery includes: a photovoltaic power generating unit X (a solar battery 1, a connection device 2 and a distribution board); a storage battery 5 for storing electric power obtained by photovoltaic power generation; charging equipment 6 for charging a battery for an electric power-assisted bicycle; and a user management control part 13 for managing a user's loading and unloading. The bicycle parking lot system comprises an earthquake control part 14 that enables a large indefinite number of persons to utilize the storage battery immediately after reception of a signal given off by detecting seismic intensity on the occurrence of earthquakes.
