Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelter for a tsunami capable of effectively working as compared with a conventional one, from various view points such as refuge easiness and safety.SOLUTION: A shelter 1 for a tsunami includes: a housing 2 which has a generally upright bowl-shaped lower housing portion 210 having a lower flange and a lower recessed portion, and a generally inverted bowl-shaped upper housing portion 220 having an upper flange and an upper recessed portion; a fixing portion 3 sticking the lower flange and the upper flange so as to oppose the insides of the lower housing portion 210 and the upper housing portion 220, and the lower recessed portion and the upper recessed portion; a watertight door 4 stuck to an outlet/inlet 206 configured by the lower recessed portion and the upper recessed portion; and a floating body portion fixed to the inside of a lower surface portion.
